Field Service Technician – Automation & Mechatronics - Tier 1 Automation Integrator

A Tier 1 Automation Integrator at the forefront of warehouse and intralogistics automation across ANZ is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their Adelaide based service team. The Role

Install, commission and service ASRS, Autostore, VSDs, PLCs, HMIs and conveyor/mechatronic systems

Respond to service and breakdown requests both remotely and on-site

Manage local relationships and support major projects planned in Adelaide

Deliver basic training to customers and act as a trusted technical advisor

Maintain detailed documentation and service reports

Most of the services will be in and around Adelaide

About you

Either have an Electrical license, restricted electrical license or Mechanical fitter background

Maintenance experience, ideally in automation, warehousing, FMCG or mining environments

Mechanically minded and technically competent, with a strong focus on fault finding

Comfortable working independently and solving problems in the field

Driver’s licence and own vehicle (car allowance provided)

Physically fit and open to occasional site-based work, including early starts when needed
