If you’re an IT all-rounder who loves problem-solving and getting hands-on with a variety of tech, this role is for you. At Leap Consulting, we don’t do silos, you’ll have full access to networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and more, gaining broad exposure across the IT landscape.
What We’re Looking For:
A strong IT foundation. Experience with Windows OS, storage, networking, connectivity, virtualisation, remote desktop services, printer management, backup and disaster recovery, MSP tools, security, Microsoft 365, and service level agreements.
MSP experience. You've worked in a Managed Services Provider environment and understand the pace, client expectations, and variety that come with supporting multiple businesses. No two tickets are the same, and you’re comfortable moving between different clients and environments throughout the day. You understand the importance of keeping clear, up-to-date notes in tickets in real time to ensure visibility and accountability. You are used to working to defined KPIs and understand how service levels and resolution targets contribute to overall client satisfaction and team success.
A genuine passion for technology. You live and breathe IT—whether that means building PCs for fun, experimenting in a home lab, gaming, or staying up to date with the latest tech trends. You're naturally curious, always tinkering, and enjoy understanding how things work behind the scenes.
A valid Australian driver’s license and reliable transport. Some client visits will be part of the job.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing reliable, thoughtful support. You’ll handle support requests, both remotely and on-site, following established procedures and escalating when needed.
Learning in a structured way. Work alongside experienced engineers with clear guidance and support as you build your technical expertise.
Following best practices. Maintain documentation and processes to ensure smooth, consistent service for clients.
Collaborating with your team. You’ll be part of a group that values teamwork, communication, and shared success.
Delivering customer-focused IT solutions. Whether it’s troubleshooting an issue or assisting with a project, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses Win with Technology.
