$60k-$70k plus Super.

What you'll be doing
Managing support tickets via our ticketing system.
L1 & 2 related remediation actions in response to telephone and email user requests for system changes, errors, problems and incidents.
Escalations contact for the resolution of issues with third party applications and liaising with third party software vendors
Utilising our remote tools for proactive maintenance tasks surrounding servers, networking, backups and monitoring of automated alerts
Office 365 administration. Creating new users, group policies, security groups, permissions
Email setup, changes and troubleshooting
OneDrive and Sharepoint setup and troubleshooting
Administer servers, laptop and desktop computers, software deployment, security updates and patches
Candidates will ideally have implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and migration experience with:
Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange
Microsoft 365 Core Apps (Exchange Online, Office Online, Teams, SharePoint Online)
Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance
Microsoft Azure
VMware/Hyper-V Virtual Environment
Microsoft Certification
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.
