We are excited to recruit two Customer Service and Administration Assistants for a leading building materials manufacturer in Australia! Based in Erskine Park with FREE ONSITE PARKING, you’ll join a small team supporting businesses with phone and email enquiries related to orders, tracking deliveries, and product information.

• Contract: 3-6 month temporary contract, full-time hours
• Start date: Immediate
• Hourly rate: $35 per hour + super
• Location: Erskine Park – FREE ONSITE PARKING - fully office based
• Days/hours: Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM

About the role.
As the first point of contact, the Customer Service and Administration Assistant plays a key role in understanding customer needs, delivering exceptional service via phone and email, and managing administrative tasks such as order processing, data entry, and internal and external communications.

About you?

• 1+ year of experience in a phone-based customer service role
• Own transport required – Limited public transport options
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using SALESFORCE is highly desirable
