Forty Winks Horsham is seeking a fun, vibrant, people person to join our team. Having been operating in Horsham for the past 35 years, we know what it means to be a part of the local community, and take great pride with how our store is represented. What makes the Horsham store so unique compared to other Forty Winks stores, is our design approach to how we present, not just our beds, but the store in general. Our massive range of quilt covers, along with homeware items, allows us to get creative and present the store in the best way possible.

Not only do we want someone to come and put their own stamp on the store, but we also want someone who is great with people. Our business has a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, which all starts with helping customers find the right bedding solution. Whether that be buying a new mattress, bedroom suite, pillow, quilt cover or any kind of manchester, we are a one stop shop for all their sleep needs.

Your role will include:

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience

Assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions

Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store presentation

Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the store

Keeping track of current design trends to keep us at the forefront of bedroom design

What we are looking for:

Keen eye for design is a must!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team, or by yourself

A friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude

Must be available for Saturday shift 9am to 2pm (not open Sundays or public holidays)

Previous knowledge of retail or bedding is not required, as all training will be provided
