About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at Fletcher Jones as a Sales Assistant, working in our vibrant retail stores located in Ashburton, VIC 3147 and Melbourne CBD. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales objectives of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Demonstrating product knowledge to help customers find the perfect items
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role
• A loyal attitude with the possibility of long-term employment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent product knowledge and a passion for fashion
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and some public holidays
