Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Admin / Accounts Payable Officer to support the administrative and financial operations of our home care organization expansion in Melbourne. Based in our Box Hill office, this full-time role ensures accurate invoice processing, timely vendor payments, and financial record-keeping, while also managing general office administration. The ideal candidate is looking for a challenge and ready to grow their career with the business, as we are looking to expand our operations.

The Duties

Collect and manage documents

Generate and file contracts

Handle general office administration and basic HR tasks

Respond to client emails and WeChat messages

Process accounts payable and receivable using Xero

Assist with financial tasks and reconciliations

Make and receive phone calls as required

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Bilingual in Chinese and English (essential)

1-2 years of experience in finance, administration, or customer service (preferred)

Proficiency in Xero and strong financial acumen

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges

Interest in potential leadership roles as the business grows
