About the Role:

• Lead and execute a finance transformation program, ensuring alignment with global strategy and best practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a Finance Target Operating Model, structuring the function for scalability and long-term success.
• Manage interdependencies between projects and service providers, mitigating risk and optimising efficiencies.
• Oversee a portfolio of finance projects, balancing day-to-day operations with strategic innovation.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive change, ensuring engagement and alignment across multiple teams and regions.

About You:

You will have a strong background in finance transformation focused roles, either in a Consulting firm at the Manager / Senior Manager level or in a similar Finance Transformation Manager role in commercial business. You will be a natural at managing and influencing senior stakeholders. You will have a strong background in designing, implementing and maintaining best practice finance operating model strategies and project frameworks.
