We are seeking a permanent full-time Dental Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience who enjoys working alongside a new positive and growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about oral health and dedicated to helping patients understand the value of maintaining a healthy, beautiful, and long-lasting smile. This position will be based in our Ormond practice.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Liaising with patients and practitioners

Chairside assisting

Sterilisation of instruments

Stock ordering

Data entry

The chosen candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

A high level of initiative and motivation

Previous experience in the dental industry

Dental assisting qualification is desirable

A great attitude, able to take on instructions and feedback positively

A drive to learn and flourish

Well presented, with a warm, kind, gentle and mature nature

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in dental practice management software (Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) and/or EXACT is highly desirable but not essential)
