The Role:

Our Dental Nurse will work in conjunction with our amazing Dentists, providing chair side assistance, ensuring patients are provided with the best possible experience!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain and manage the dental surgery for patients throughout the day in accordance with infection control protocol.
• Manage an adequate supply and appropriate rotation of instruments and store items.
• Undertake sterilisation and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment within the dental clinic as required
• Competence in chair-side assistance, managing dental materials, and performing radiographs.
• Familiarity with a wide range of dental treatments, including restorative, surgical, and cosmetic procedures.
• Administrating accurate electronic dental records

Key Requirements:

• Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting is highly advantageous
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, explaining procedures and post-care instructions
• Capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously without compromising quality or patient care.
• Adheres to confidentiality and ethical guidelines, maintaining the trust and respect of patients and colleagues
