About the role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Portfolio Analyst to be part of our Project Management Office. The Senior Portfolio Analyst supports service delivery of portfolio management through analysis of the portfolio of programs and projects and contributes to the delivery of detailed business cases. It provides strategic advice in the delivery of a balanced portfolio, including the identification, qantification and validation of benefits to achieve informed decision-making, ensuring that projects provide tangible value to stakeholders. Their expertise not only enhances project outcomes but also fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate skill and capability in:
- Analysing, balancing and optimising the ICT portfolio in terms of its strategic goal alignment.
- Identifying and quantifying project benfits ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Developing and implementing benefits realisation plans, including timelines, milestones and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate benefits, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with their expectations, demonstrating effective stakeholder management.
