Job Title: Dynamics CRM Technical Lead 365

About the Role: Are you a Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience in Dynamics 365 CE? Do you thrive on tackling complex challenges and driving innovative solutions? If so, this is an exciting opportunity for you!

You’ll take a leadership role in driving technical direction and development across D365 CE and Power Platform while maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure the success of high-impact, large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Develop: Take charge of the technical direction and hands-on development of Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, etc.).
• Integration & Optimization: Collaborate with partners and internal teams to integrate D365 CE with external systems and improve business processes.
• Solution Design: Lead the development of high-quality, scalable solutions, implementing technical best practices across the board.
• Team Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and ensure smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-On Technical Expertise: Strong background in D365 CE and Power Platform development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• System Architecture & Integration Knowledge: Expertise in system architecture, integration, and performance optimization across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage technical teams, mentor junior staff, and lead by example while maintaining active involvement in development work.
• Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications (Desirable): Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are a plus, but hands-on experience is key.
