About the Role:

INDEX Consultants are partnering with a client to support their D365 instance. We are seeking experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultants - Architect, Functional Consultant, Developer and Support Engineer to provide expert guidance and support on an as-needed basis.

This role is designed for a professional who can spare hours to be engaged for specific tasks or projects, with the flexibility to work a few hours per week on call basis, with 36/72 hours' notice given.

Engagement Model:

• On-Demand Basis: The consultant will be engaged only when specific needs arise, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.
• Fixed Hourly Blocks: Engagements will be structured in predetermined hourly increments. For instance, we may agree upon blocks of 5, 10, or 20 hours, depending on the project's scope. This approach provides clarity on workload and facilitates effective time management.
• Flexible Scheduling: While the consultant will have the autonomy to manage their schedule, timely responsiveness to requests is essential to meet project deadlines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Customise and configure D365 CE applications to meet specific business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and consultancy on D365 CE best practices and capabilities.
• Develop and implement D365 CE integrations with other business systems and applications.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users on D365 CE functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 CE implementation and customisation.

Skills Requirement:

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Journeys and related modules.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Flows and Power Platform Development.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint integration with D365.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• MANDATORY - Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this role.
