Be part of a values-driven organisation where your technical expertise in Microsoft 365 will make a meaningful impact. Meli is looking for an M365 Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team and help shape our IT landscape through expert management of M365, Entra and Azure environments.
Working alongside the Digital Solutions Engineer and reporting to the Digital Workplace Lead, you will play a critical role in scaling operations, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring smooth, secure digital service delivery across the organisation.
About the Role
As the M365 Engineer, you will:
- Optimise the Microsoft 365 environment to enhance collaboration and productivity across the organisation.
- Provide technical expertise and manage key tools including Intune, Teams, Planner, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Support identity management and secure access through Microsoft Entra, ensuring seamless integration with SSO and other systems.
- Assist in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and documentation to support best practice digital workplace operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure digital solutions, while transferring knowledge and tools to ICT support teams.

- Full time, ongoing position
- 1 FTE working 38 hours per week
- $97,614 p/a + Super + Salary Packaging

What We're Looking For
We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:
- A diploma or equivalent experience in a complex IT environment.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra, Intune, and the full M365 suite.
- Deep knowledge of SSO integrations, identity and access management, and system provisioning.
- Proven experience managing Office 365 collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and CoPilot.
- A process-focused approach, with experience in ITIL and change management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and support across all levels of the business.
