What You'll Be Doing

• Engineering and documenting high-performance HVAC systems tailored to luxury homes.
• Collaborating with high-end builders, architects, and designers to align solutions with architectural intent.
• Managing the sales and quotation process, including margin analysis and sales forecasting.
• Overseeing a seamless transition from design to installation by working closely with the operations team.
• Refining and implementing industry-leading systems, optimizing processes through Wrightsoft, Plandroid, and Simpro.
• Building strong, long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor in the HVAC space.
• Working closely with a highly skilled and supportive team to ensure excellence in design, estimation, and project execution.
• Analyzing system efficiencies and running costs to enhance client decision-making.
• Researching new technologies and market trends to maintain industry leadership.
