Urgent Opportunity: Purchasing Officer with Baseline Clearance

Are you ready to make an impact? We're seeking a Purchasing Officer-Procurement to join our Strategic Procurement team.
Location: Henderson-based, with remote work flexibility
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role: In this critical position, you'll support medium-term procurement decisions, ensuring value for money and mitigating contract risks. You'll collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to manage RFQ and tendering processes while engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success.

Core Duties:

• Resolve subcontractor queries and manage technical RFQs
  
• Negotiate and coordinate quotes, tender documents, and repair specifications
  
• Track changes in project scope and support project closures
  
• Ensure invoices align with purchase orders and resolve disputes
  

Skills and Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills and advanced Excel proficiency
  
• Proven experience in Purchasing, Contracts, or Project Administration (2+ years)
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills
