You will
- Have the ability to lead strategy and integration from top down with the major accounts across the ANZ marketplace;
- Leverage pre-existing relationships with JB Hi-Fi, Aldi, Costco & Big W;
- Formulate JBPs & JBPs across the ANZ customer set;
- Work cross functionally with core business partners and functions to deliver growth strategy;
- Partner with leadership team do deliver stretch targets for the next 24 months;
- Deliver innovation pipeline and continue to build on exceptional product visibility across core accounts; and
- Have a desire for fast paced actionable targets with a drive for success.
What you will have
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field – favourable;
- Have minimum of 8 years’ experience in Key Account Management, within consumer goods sector, managing key retailer channels;
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills;
- Experience in management of sales channels – traditional retailers and/or department stores;
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
- Hunger for business development; and
- Love for health & wellness.
