• Managing general email inbox
• Typing documents
• Producing letters and correspondence
• Processing invoices
• Answering and distributing phone calls
• Attending to walk-in enquiries
• General filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing

What We’re Looking For:

• Organisational Wizard: Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Strata Master/Filesmart, Smata software, and Microsoft Office, or a willingness to learn.
• Multi-Tasker: Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Customer Service Star: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and welcoming disposition.
• Self-Starter: Initiative to work unsupervised and take charge.
• Team Player: Well-presented, energetic, self-motivated, reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Some weekend work may be required on occasion.
