About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our thriving Stockdale & Leggo Bacchus Marsh' team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting our Property Managers in providing exceptional service to our valued clients and tenants. Based in Bacchus Marsh VIC 3340, you will play a key role in the residential leasing and property management operations of our dynamic business.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties

Conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and addressing tenant inquiries

Preparing and processing tenancy documentation, including lease agreements and condition reports

Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth running of properties

Supporting the property management team with administrative tasks and special projects as required

What we're looking for

Needs to have already obtained the Agents Representative (Cert IV)

Current Drivers Licence and own car

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite

Knowlege in property management software is a bonus, but not essential

A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

Experience preferred, but not essential
