About the role

Bradman Real Estate is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join our team in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. This full-time role involves door-to-door sales and consultations, connecting with local homeowners and guiding them through their real estate journey. To help you hit the ground running, we will provide five listings to kickstart your career. If you’re enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to build a strong presence in the local market, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Proactively door-knock in the local Craigieburn area to identify and connect with prospective clients

Provide comprehensive real estate advice and guidance to homeowners, including insights on property values, selling strategies, and market trends

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Manage the full sales process, from initial contact through to successful property transactions

Collaborate with the broader sales team to share knowledge and support each other's efforts

Continuously expand your industry knowledge and skills to provide the best possible service

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the real estate industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex real estate transactions

Passion for the local Craigieburn property market and commitment to delivering outstanding results

Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets

Relevant real estate qualifications or a willingness to obtain them
