Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for electronic security? iDetect Group, a growing electronic security business, is seeking an Electronic Security Manager to oversee our technical operations, manage projects, and support our skilled team in the field. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to join us at iDetect Group, where you will be responsible for managing the technical and operational aspects of the company's security services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and coordinating security system installations, maintenance, and providing technical support.

Working closely with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.

Providing detailed quotes to market.

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards.

Managing and mentoring a small team of security technicians and sub-contractors.

Maintaining stock, equipment, and supplier/distributor relationships.

Helping maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, ensuring alignment with iDetect Group's policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in the electronic security industry.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage projects and teams effectively.

Solid technical knowledge of Dahua, Hikvision, Ajax, Inner Range, and AiPhone products.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Industry certifications and licenses (Security Licence, Cabling Licence, EWP, Working with Heights)

Full driver’s license.
