Skin Scan WA clinic is a state of art skin cancer and cosmetic clinic. We are seeking a receptionist for a casual position 3 days a week, Wednesday to Friday, to join our team who will be an efficient part of our innovative and driven clinical and non-clinical team.

You will have a very important role in maintaining our dedication to the delivery of excellent services, and your role will help aid our team to success.

Duties:

Reporting to the Practice Manager and Director, the receptionist will be responsible for some of the following:

Manage day-to-day operations including the maintenance and improvement of existing workflows and processes.

Knowledge of Medicare system (Services Australia), including, batching, online claiming, MBS interpretation and PRODA.

Maintain and nurture a positive environment in which a diverse workforce can grow and develop.

Experience using Best Practice software.

Using Instagram and social media marketing for client engagement and advertisement.

High-level communication and customer service skills.

Ability to create efficiencies and maximise productivity.

Liaising with the site directors, accountant and external medical suppliers

Scanning, managing mail, faxes, data entry, managing the invoices and other correspondence

A friendly and vibrant culture.

Keep the office, waiting areas and kitchen in immaculate and clean conditions.

Essential criteria:

Previous experience with Best Practice.

Have at least 1 years experience as a Medical Receptionist or Second in Charge, coupled with proven expertise in organisational culture and capability building.

Must provide a National Police clearance check conducted within the previous 12 months.

Right to work in Australia.

CPR certificate - valid with in the last 12 months.
