About the Role:

As a Marketing Specialist at Cozie Homes, you will play a pivotal role in two key areas: maximizing exposure for property listings and promoting business growth.

1. Property Listings Marketing:

Photography & Listing Setup: Capture high-quality, engaging photos of properties and create captivating, well-optimized listings across multiple OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).

Listing Optimization: Ensure that property listings are consistently optimized for maximum visibility and bookings, using SEO strategies and platform-specific best practices.

Email Campaigns: Design and execute email campaigns aimed at driving direct bookings, keeping potential guests engaged and informed.

Digital Guidebooks: Create innovative digital guidebooks to enhance the guest experience and provide helpful, engaging content for visitors.

2. Business Promotion:

Google Ads Management: Oversee and optimize our Google Ads account, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and drive high-quality leads.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, developing content that resonates with our target audience.

SEO Strategy: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase visibility and organic traffic to our property listings and website.

Website Collaboration: Work with web developers on an exciting website project, helping to shape and optimize a new, user-friendly site.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on property listings, digital marketing, and driving direct bookings.

Familiarity with Google Ads, social media management, SEO, and email marketing.

Experience in photography and digital content creation for marketing purposes.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.

Experience in the holiday rental or property management sector (preferred but not required).
