The Company
Our client is a leading property investment group, with an impressive portfolio of retail and commercial assets across major states of Australia. Although boutique, they have experienced impressive growth since implementation and therefore, have a newly created opportunity to join the team.
The Role
Supporting the senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the administrative functions of the business.
- Develop and continue to improve day-to-day operations
- Support the Directors across all aspects of the organisation
- Prepare, proofread, format, and finalise agendas, take minutes, and record and monitor action items for meetings
- Serve as the liaison between the head office and on-site teams
- Filing and assisting with new project execution, new systems, etc
- Diary, accommodation, and travel arrangements
The Criteria
- Previous experience within the property/real estate industry would be highly desirable
- Previous administration or personal assistant experience is essential
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- High-level attention to detail
- Be able to take instructions, but also be incredibly proactive and think outside the box
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills
