An all-rounder with hunger 😋 for hands-on marketing, an eye for detail, and the confidence to manage client relationships like a pro 🤝. You’ll help turn ideas into action, writing clever copy, coordinating campaigns, and keeping things running smoothly across every touchpoint.

We’re a creative-led marketing team working across some of the biggest automotive and retail brands in Australia.

Based in Mulgrave, we bring campaigns to life through content, strategy, design, eDMs, paid media, activations and more.

👋 As our new Marketing Coordinator, you'll...

Work closely with clients and our creative team to deliver engaging campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Your day-to-day could include:

Acting as the go-to contact for clients

Managing creative briefs, timelines and feedback loops

Writing copy for eDMs, and social.

Coordinating campaign rollouts across email, social, print and more

Supporting video shoots and activations

Collaborating with designers, media, and production teams

Reviewing campaign performance and reporting on what’s working

Keeping projects on track, on brand, and moving forward

👌 What you’ll bring to the table

1–3+ years in marketing or account coordination (agency or in-house)

Strong communication skills and confidence with clients

A flair for content, copy and creative thinking

An organised mind with serious attention to detail

Curiosity, initiative, and a love of getting stuck in
