About the Role
As the Head of Finance & Financial Strategy, you be the understudy for the Director of Corporate Services to support the strategic vision of the board and the CEO. You will use your broad reporting, leadership & commercial nous to ensure all commercial decisions are underpinned by data from the finance team.

Consistently moving your focus from reporting compliance through to systems/data and business case due diligence your journey of growth and capability will be nurtured by management. With comprehensive engagement skills and EQ to go where the need is, you will be rewarded with autonomy to manage a skilled and stable finance function.

Key Responsibilities: Newly created role with endless scope.

Oversee the FC & Head of FP&A – reviewing the monthly reporting from both teams

Identify and scope process improvements & add sophistication where required to all reporting including business case analysis and board reports

Oversee and take charge of the annual budget, offering support to senior management where required

Scope and drive various projects under the stewardship of the Director to deliver a new ERP system & framework, including Business Intelligence capability and innovate commercial outcomes

Ad hoc duties/ business cases as directed by the CEO

About You:

Well qualified professional with proven leadership capability & presence

Comprehensive analytical skills and Excel expertise (Power BI highly advantageous)

Ability to add value where needed, being fluid, approachable & responsive

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an outgoing environment.

Self-driven & autonomous, dynamic in your thinking with the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and finesse
