As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front line of growth—qualifying leads, building pipeline, and engaging with business owners across ANZ. This is a high-impact role with real progression opportunities.

Salary: $100k–$110k + Super | OTE $130k

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2+ years in SDR, B2B sales, or telesales (preferably in SaaS or fintech)
• Strong outbound sales skills and experience qualifying inbound leads
• Excellent communication and objection-handling abilities
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven

What You’ll Be Doing

• Qualify inbound interest through discovery conversations
• Run targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality opportunities
• Educate prospects on digital tools that improve financial processes
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve messaging and performance
• Accurately maintain records and track sales metrics
