Stream Healthcare seeking an experienced and driven Director of Nursing to lead the clinical programs within a leading healthcare facility located in Brunswick, Melbourne!

About The Role:

This pivotal role is responsible for managing the delivery of nursing and allied health services, ensuring compliance with legal standards and industry guidelines, and driving continuous improvement in patient care. As the Director of Clinical Services, you will work closely with the CEO to implement strategic initiatives and lead the clinical team to achieve the best possible health outcomes for patients.

About You:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Minimum 5 years of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Post Graduate qualification in specialty field or currently working towards
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior nursing management role
• Previous experience managing clinical programs in a hospital or healthcare setting (desired)
