We are seeking a Child and Family health Nurses to join our Primary Health Care Outreach team.

You will be working in the Healthy under 5 Kids Partnering Families program providing a specialist Outreach service to children under 5 years and their families in remote Aboriginal communities. HU5KPF program incorporates growth and development assessments, vaccinations, parenting support and advice in age-specific child health checks.

• Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• Demonstrated highly-developed clinical knowledge and skills in Child and family Nursing
• Manual drivers license
