Due to continued growth and expansion, we have some exciting opportunities for a Caravan Sales Consultants to join our wonderful Sales Team in Ballarat.

About the Role:

As a Caravan Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront or promoting and selling our various range of Caravans. Your responsibilities will include:

· Driving Sales: Promote and sell all brands under our ever expanding banner to meet our wonderful customers needs

· Customer Training & Support: Keep up to date with all technology, promotions and of course new models to give the most appealing offers to our customers

· Accountability: Take ownership of your targets and strive to achieve not only your personal goals but the goals of the company as well

· Professionalism: Be professional and courteous to all customers, build positive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders including dealership management and staff, customers, vehicle manufacturers and finance providers.

· Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for your customer from the very beginning, ensure they have a sales experience that exceeds their expectations at all times

About You as a Person:

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who can excel in a demanding sales environment and who can lead by example. You should bring with you;

· Proven success in Sales, with the ability to inspire and lead others

· Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous but not mandatory

· A track record of cultivating and maintaining long-term customer relations

· A growth mindset with a focus of increasing and creating new opportunities

· A definite CAN DO Attitude
