You’re been in trades based roles for years now, and you’ve been so good at it that you’ve naturally stepped up and become the go-to guy on site.

You might not hold the ‘supervisor’ title yet, but you’ve been basically doing the role without the credit or pay.

You’re great at problem solving and have a great eye for detail, that every site you go on, you make it better.

You’re great with people, you can deal with the other boys really well, but also clients really enjoy talking to you as you put them at ease and communicate well.

You are looking for more. You want to progress faster, and want a business who will invest in YOU. You know you’d be a great site supervisor, if someone would just give you that opportunity.

This role is for Empower Construction. They need a site supervisor and are willing to invest in a great tradie who is ready to move up in their career.

While we will give you the training and development you need, this role will be a challenge! You must be organised and able to manage many balls in the air at once. This is a real rocket ride of a role, where I promise you will never be bored.

But you MUST be big picture thinking, enjoy being busy, love to solve problems and not be easily overwhelmed.

This role is on the Central Coast, but the head office is in Norwest, with a weekly meeting in house on a Tuesday.

Company car is provided. Hours are Mon-Fri 7-3.30.
