Exciting full-time opportunity for a motivated finance officer looking to join a growing Traffic Management company in Kilsyth.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Onboarding new customers based on ATC's policies and procedures

Reconcile operating (Traffio) software to our (NetSuite) accounting software

Daily debtor receipting and manage debtor's ledger

Manage debt collection

Generate and issuing Invoices

Reconcile bank accounts

Reconcile credit cards accounts

Assisting with other finance team members as required

The ideal candidate will have: -

Valid unrestricted working rights in Australia

Previous experience working with accounts receivable and in a finance team

Strong interpersonal skills

Exposure to NetSuite of similar ERP systems

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
