The Opportunity:

As an integral member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in applying your engineering expertise to optimize our manufacturing processes and drive innovation in our product offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies, working on projects that impact both our national and international presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough and systematic investigations and analysis of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

Apply fundamental engineering principles and methodologies to develop creative and practical solutions for our drawer systems and furniture components.

Collaborate closely with our design team to review and refine product specifications, ensuring manufacturability and performance.

Oversee and contribute to engineering tasks, including the creation of detailed design drafts and accurate cost estimations.

Actively participate in project management activities, from the initial planning stages through to the successful implementation of new technologies and process improvements.

Document findings, recommendations, and implemented solutions clearly and concisely for internal and external stakeholders.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies and industry best practices.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong working knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Exceptional analytical and research skills with a proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, essential for clear documentation, effective presentations, and collaborative interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.

Experience within the interior design or construction-related industries is highly regarded.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
