About the role

Pebble Beach Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our vibrant team in Sandstone Point, Queensland. As a casual Practice Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, comprehensive nursing care to our diverse patient population. What you'll be doing

Collaborating with medical practitioners to deliver holistic patient care

Performing clinical nursing duties such as wound management, immunisations, and chronic disease management

Undertaking health assessments, screening, and patient education

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

Providing administrative support, including managing appointments and stock control

Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our practice

What we're looking for

RN or EEN with a current Australian nursing registration

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general practice or primary healthcare setting

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Proficiency in using Best Practice software

A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
