The Role:
Supervise the clinical care of residents while working with a hard-working Facility Manager/ DON. This is a well-supported home with support from an experienced Quality, Risk and Compliance team, with great staffing ratios for RNs on all shifts.

The Requirements:

• Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1
• Previous Care Manager or leadership experience in aged care
• Demonstrated experience managing staff members
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to provide excellent levels of care for all residents and families
