Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The AE will be responsible for a mix of handling inbound enquiries, conducting demonstrations to prospective clients, liaising with partners, and doing some outreach to target accounts
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in SMBs, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how WorkGuru.io can provide solutions.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert on WorkGuru.io’s features, functionality, and benefits. Clearly articulate how our platform can solve SMB pain points, particularly in project management, inventory control, and resource allocation.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing how WorkGuru.io can transform their operations.
Deal Management and Closing: Drive the sales cycle from initial contact through to demonstration, follow up and closing deals. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target SMBs that can benefit from WorkGuru.io’s solutions. Leverage multiple channels (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.) to create a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
Qualifications
Proven experience (1+ years) in sales, or a related role, ideally selling SaaS or technology solutions to SMBs.
Strong understanding of the SMB market and the unique challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successfully closing deals.
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
