We’re looking for a driven, experienced, and results-focused Sales Agent to join our powerhouse sales team!

Your Role:

Bringing your sales expertise, sharp negotiation skills, and relentless hunter mentality, you’ll take charge of incoming leads daily, matching prospective students with the perfect course to fuel their success.

With HubSpot as your weapon of choice, you’ll manage your pipeline like a pro, ensuring every interaction is seamless, efficient, and optimised for maximum conversions. Your ability to balance speed, strategy, and sales excellence will make you a key player in our high-performing team.

Being a call-based sales role as opposed to face-to-face, your telephone communication skills must be exceptional.

What You’ll Do:

Engage, consult, and convert warm inbound leads – Provide expert consultation, closing sales daily

Sell high-ticket education solutions – Empower students to invest in their future

Manage a high-volume pipeline – Work efficiently using HubSpot CRM like a PRO

Hit (and exceed) targets – Drive revenue, control your own income

Deliver a world-class customer experience – Every student interaction is a 5-star moment

Who You Are:

• A minimum of a 3-year proven track record of success within a high-volume sales role/s

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (Telephone and written)

• Recognised sales training, coherent ability within the sales process, above-average HubSpot ability

• At a stage of life where you want to dig deep, earn big, and do great work!

• Experience in the fitness, health, or education sectors (preferred but not required)
