What you will be doing.

Generating new business leads and prospecting for sales opportunities.

Conducting property inspections, preparing listing presentations, and negotiating sales transactions.

Providing expert advice to clients on pricing, marketing, and the current property market.

Managing the sales process from listing to settlement, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Proven sales experience in real estate industry will be looked at favorably.

Up to date knowledge of the property market and industry regulations.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results.

Queensland real estate qualification and license.
