An exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Sales Agent to join a high-performing real estate team in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional (Mandarin & English) eager to develop a successful sales career. You’ll be assisting senior agents, engaging with clients, and growing your network in a thriving market. Hours:
Monday to Friday with Saturdays required for Auctions & Opens

Salary:
$60,000 wage + commissions + company car + fuel card
Realistic expected commission earnings at a total of $90,000 plus

The Role:

• Attending client appointments (final, building, pest inspections etc.)
• Vendor reports
• Draft, review, prepare, drop off (if required) &/or send out any pre-listing kits, market reports and proposal documentation
• Attending and responding to all email, face-to-face, phone enquiries
• Saturday inspection buyer follow up calls and check-ins
• Buyer management
• Negotiating sales terms, price and conditions.
• All open for inspections & private viewings
• Organising photographer appointments
• Understanding of the Real Estate Legislation
• Assist in the signing of REIV documentation
• Key handling
• Attending all required property auctions
• Handle diverted phone if necessary

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

• A desire to develop your career through great training and support
• Effective negotiation and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be passionate about real estate sales and property
• Current Agents Rep certificate and police check
• Current Driver's License and own a functioning Car
• Bilingual ( Mandarin speaking )
