As Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee a very clean and well looked after national portfolio of 150 properties, mainly based in Dandenong and surrounding suburbs. The portfolio is predominantly industrial with a few commercial properties thrown in. The portfolio is in an excellent state and very manageable.

Joining a team of 7 in property management, this autonomous role will work as part of a team which includes two support staff. The general office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with easy car parking.

The company uses GOAT as their Commercial software package.

The ideal candidate will come from a Commercial Property Management background with exemplary written and verbal communication skills as well as strong negotiation and organisational skills.
