The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join this new facility and take ongoing accountability for the clinical services. You will be an active leader of the home and community where communication is valued, and continuous improvement is promoted in accordance with accreditation and aged care standards.

You will lead a culture that promotes positivity and safety while delivering the Model of Care that focuses on the individual emotional and physical needs of the resident. The role will also have responsibility for managing the professional and educational development if the team and championing customer service.

Key Selection Criteria
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager with strong clinical and leadership skills. As a qualified and registered RN, it is imperative that you have an in-depth understanding of funding and the accreditation standards.
You will also need to possess a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor both clinical and non clinical staff.
