Join our team as a Senior Gardener! In this role, you'll ensure the beauty and functionality of parks, gardens, roundabouts, natural areas, and open spaces, providing top-notch maintenance across designated areas. You’ll also take on a leadership role, guiding and mentoring a dedicated team of employees to maintain these spaces to the highest standards. What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:

- Trade Certificate or equivalent in relevant field.

- Extensive experience in public and open space amenity horticulture.

- Demonstrated experience in leadership and staff supervision.

- A current and satisfactory Police Check or ability and willingness to obtain

- Current driver’s licence

Salary and conditions

The position is classified within Band 4 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $72,504 to $77,391 per annum including industry allowance plus statutory superannuation.
