Bravis Security is seeking a full time Field Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Capalaba. This role involves scheduling technicians, coordinating service jobs, ordering and receipting, ensuring the daily operations are running smoothly, and making sure our customers get high quality service.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong organisation and time management skills
✔ Attention to detail and a knack for improving processes
✔ Experience in service coordination and scheduling trades is a must
✔ Simpro experience
✔ A background in customer service delivery and the security industry is highly regarded.
