About the Opportunity: Are you a proactive and passionate physiotherapist looking for a rewarding opportunity in a collaborative wellness environment? We are expanding into a multidisciplinary wellness clinic in South Brisbane and seeking a dedicated physiotherapist to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to start part-time (25 hours per week) and grow your caseload into a full-time position if desired. Competitive salary structure, with options including a base salary or 40% commission on services provided (whichever is greater), paid weekly plus superannuation. A sign-on bonus of $5000 for the right talent.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, client-centered physiotherapy services with a focus on musculoskeletal and women's health.

Manage a varied caseload, including private clients, Workcover, CDMs and some NDIS participants.

Lead and run specialised Physioform classes.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Engage with the team and contribute to a culture of learning and professional development.

About You:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.

AHPRA registration (mandatory).

Experience in private practice and/or manual therapy (preferred but not essential).

Passion for working in a holistic, client-centred environment.

Comfortable with or willing to learn how to create marketing content (videos, social media) to help grow your professional presence.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
