As one of the leading Rehabilitation and Performance clinics in SEQ, we are searching for a new Physiotherapist to join our team!
This role is the perfect opportunity for a sports minded physiotherapist or existing professional to take the lead in one of our premier High Performance programs. You will be responsible for the diagnosis, triage and player management process. This role will require you to collaborate and lead a team of allied health practitioners towards achieving specific performance KPI's for an upcoming season. Being present at both training and on game day, this opportunity will allow the successful applicant to fully immerse themselves in an established and reputable sporting organisation with processes that will allow them to excel in their career. Throughout the day, you will be given both the exposure and opportunity to treat a vast array of clientele in our modern clinic. From musculoskeletal to neurological conditions, you will be a key stakeholder in the development and treatment of our patients, whilst working alongside like-minded professionals to achieve gold-standard outcomes. This position entails weekend work alongside our emerging sporting affiliates.

Our clinic is located in the heart of Milton and houses a fully equipped gym, reformer pilates space plus rehabilitation centre with private treatment rooms to service our wide range of clients and their unique needs.
Our practitioners can offer clients a premium service utilising cutting edge technology such as VALD ForceDecks and Dynamo, BFR Cuffs, Compex Muscle Stimulation and NormaTec Recovery Boots.
Our fantastic and committed clientele range from pre and post operative clinical rehabilitation, right through to sub-elite and elite professional athletes. We service EPC, DVA, NDIS, Workcover and Corporate patients as well as having a number of high profile Strength and Conditioning/High Performance contracts for sporting organisations Australia wide. The successful applicant will be given exposure, responsibility and the opportunity to work with all of the above to broaden your experience and hone your passion.
Our newest team member will:
* Have experience in musculoskeletal treatment, both manual and exercise based;
* Be readily available to step into a semi-amateur sporting programme and achieve gold standard levels of treatment and program development;
* Have experience in networking with aligned professionals and create meaningful relationships within the allied health community;
* Be able to build, manage and maintain an active client base, ranging from Sporting specific, through to clinical;
* Have a high-growth mindset and the ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial referral networks;
* Be passionate, resourceful and uncompromising in their efforts to work alongside both colleague and clientele to gain the best possible result for each individual case;
* Have terrific interpersonal and communication skills;
* Thorough in their approach to exercise prescription, research, integration and customer care, and;
* Relish the opportunity to work as part of a tight knit team and go the extra yard to live up to our company’s high standards.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications accreditations and experience:
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy;
* Current APRHA Accreditation;
* A minimum of three years industry experience (Desirable but not compulsory);
* Experience working within structured sporting organisations (Desirable but not Compulsory);
* Hold Professional Liability and Indemnity Insurance;
* LV1 & 2 ASCA Strength and Conditioning accreditation (Desirable but not compulsory);
* Current First Aid and CPR;
* Blue Card (Desirable but not compulsory);
* Reformer Pilates Accreditation (Desirable but not compulsory);
* Dry Needling Accreditation (Desirable but not compulsory);
