About the role

Little Mali is seeking enthusiastic and experienced baristas to join our friendly team at our café in Coolangatta, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexible full time hours to suit your lifestyle. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality coffees

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold coffee, tea and other specialty beverages to consistently high standards

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers

Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment, including equipment and work surfaces

Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation as required

Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a fast-paced café or coffee shop environment

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and the ability to craft exceptional espresso-based beverages

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour

Proven ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
