We are looking for a permanent full-time Retail Manager to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Oversees the day-to-day activities of retail stores.

● Leads and directs staff, handling recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management.

● Creates and enforces policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.

● Tracks and evaluates sales performance and financial metrics.

● Oversees financial management, including budgeting and preparing financial reports.

● Builds and nurtures partnerships with suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing agreements.

● Executes marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.

● Handles customer complaints and strives to maintain exceptional customer service standards.

ATTRIBUTES:

● Minimum of 2 years trade qualification is required as a Retail Manager,

● Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required,

● Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries at work.
