Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our New South Wales team. This role is perfect for an individual with a robust network of building consultants and contractors, who is experienced in collaborating with strata managers and building owners, and who is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of building remediation projects, ensuring alignment with contracts and achieving high standards of quality.

Establish and nurture effective relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Prepare and present detailed reports and project communications.

Utilise your industry knowledge to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships.

Contribute positively to our team culture with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry, particularly in client side project management.

Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with attention to detail.

Proven track record of timely project delivery and meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.

Experience delivering presentations and progress reports.
