The Role:

Reporting directly to the Partner, the Senior Manager will be supporting a long standing client base of High Net Worth clientele with a big focus on the Construction and Farming space, there is a big push on building relationships with these clients as the Senior Manager will progress to Partnership. The Senior Manager will also be looking after a team of highly skilled Accountants, providing support to them as well as managing workflow.

About You:

• 10+ years' experience working in an Australian Accounting Firm, with 3+ of those being at Manager level.
• CA or CPA Qualified.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to lead successful teams and managing a large fee base (in excess of $800k).
• Excellent technical knowledge and experience working on large client groups.
• Highly personable and able to build relationships with people from all walks of life!
• Self-starter with the ambition to drive your career forward within a highly reputable Firm.
