Office Administrator/Mechanical parts interpreter required
An opportunity exists for an office all rounder to join Fatty’s Garage. Located centrally in Woori Yallock Fatty’s Garage is a family owned business that services all makes and models of vehicles.
We require an experienced office administrator who is able to manage the day to day running of the office, schedule bookings for the workshop, undertake daily invoicing and holds a sound mechanical knowledge to allow them to manage parts ordering.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Invoicing
- being the first point of contact for our customers
- managing and scheduling bookings
- organize daily job cards
- ordering parts
- contacting customers regarding progress of their vehicles
38 hr week
8am to 4pm
Excellent salary offered for the right candidate.
